Terms and Conditions

If you choose to book accommodation at The Swan, please note the following:

Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date. If you are worried about the possibility of cancellation, we recommend you take out suitable travel insurance.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
Bookings must be guaranteed by Credit, Debit or Charge Card.
Changes to existing bookings (e.g. reduction in the total number of days) are deemed cancellations.
Deposits are non-refundable.

You can check-in anytime from 16:00 (Monday - Friday) and 12.00 (Saturday and Sunday) unless an earlier time has been agreed in advance.
Check-out is 10:00.

We have limited parking in our own car park. Some spaces may be available on the residential street.
